Author Robert Boysen describes all the blazed trails from the Delaware Water Gap to High Point State Park on the NJ-NY boundary. It includes descriptions of hiking trails in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area in Pennsylvania south of the Route I-80 bridge across the Delaware River. The book also includes photographs, innovative charts for choosing a hike, elevation profiles, and advice on where to park and how to get to the trailheads.
